Altrok's 2000 Hour Iron March
by Sean Carolan

Something has happened.

Last month, Altrok's "MuddyChannel" web radio station logged 30 hours of listenership.

This month, as of this writing, it's at 1007 hours, and counting.

Turns out the station was recommended by the editors at About.com on April 27 - just about the time the jump in listenership occurred.

Since then, Live365 itself has joined the fray, recommending the station to visitors to their main page.

I'm amazed I hit 1000 hours, but at this rate, I might even hit 2000. Help if you can, and post what you think at the feedback link at the top of the page. Here's the link:

A Live365.com Link

...Click the link above to listen. If you don't already have a Live365 login, you'll be able to create one, for free. And if you sign up for the pay service (which removes the advertisements) and tell them you signed up because of the MuddyChannel, they pay us a small bounty (hey, maybe they'll add up.)

In advance...thanks!

(Incidentally, when I wrote this, it had just played "Teenage Kicks" by the Undertones and "Natural's Not In It" by Gang of Four, and now it's playing Earlimart's "We Drink On The Job"...and some Strokes you probably haven't heard elsewhere. Pretty durn good, if you ask me...but of course, I'm biased.)
