Feeling The Chill
by Stiffy Biceptz

From time to time, Stiffy likes to direct all of you to places where you might be able to actually hear some alternative sounds, other than sitting in your car playing your collection of CD's.

I would like to recommend that everyone check out theiceberg.com. In the past I have explored lots of internet radio sites, but none ever kept my attention for very long ... but theiceberg.com is a keeper. I was directed to the site by a friend of mine (lets call her Ginger.)

This site is amazing. Not only do they have about a dozen great alternative stations, they have stations for every music genre. No one could possibly be disappointed.

As for the Alternative stations, its like I died and went back to 1990. I have never heard anything that sounds so like the old FM106.3.

Another great feature is the "What's playing now" button. When you hit it, it brings up a page telling you what's playing currently on every station. Yesterday at work I went from station to station, and I heard a great song every time. You can't go wrong with this site.

Bonus: Look under the "Eclectic" genre. You'll find a station called "Worst of the Worst". It's self explanatory, and I found the pain it brought wonderfully enjoyable.

Theiceberg.com, your best Altmusic source on the web, other than anything associated with this site, of course...
